My client is now seeking a TI Programme Manager for their operations in Saudi Arabia, you will be reporting to the TI IPT and you will have 4 personnel reporting to you.
Your primary objectives and functions will include:- * Responsible for assigning, allocating, and tracking resourcing demands for current and future Technical Institute projects. * Responsible for the establishment, development and maintenance of the TI Project programme plan.
SUMMARY OF DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES * Understand the roles and skill sets needed for project work load. * Forecast future staffing capacity demands and gaps in accordance with workload planning. * Ensure systems are in place to capture the direct and indirect costs of resource usage. * Develop plans aiming for optimal resource usage. * Identify and assign appropriate staff to meet project needs. * Track trends in resource usage. * Redeploy staff as and when necessary, reflecting changing project demands. * Update and maintain the programme project plan with TI information. * Monitor actual progress, compare to baseline and report progress against schedule. * Analyze and report productivity and trends. * Responsible for the TI Communication and Engagement plans
CONTACT WITH OTHERS (Internal/External/Meetings):
The TI Programme Manager will interface with all departments on matters of TI project planning and resource allocations. The position will also involve customer facing meetings with the MoD at all levels.
Essential * Relevant first Degree or appropriate experience. * Experience of managing programme plans and resourcing schedules. * Proven track record of delivery in similar role/s. * Sound communication and management skills * Detailed knowledge of MS Project.
Desirable * A relevant professional qualification * Experience of working within a commercial and military environment
